Girls just want to have fun....

Some days it just rocks to be me.  Aced my Basic Pistol Certification Test yesterday then got to spend about 3 hours on the range with a myriad of pistols.  SUPER fun day, but SUPER uncomfortable chairs in the classroom and SUPER blazing hot sun on the range.  Good thing I came prepared, Deep Relief for the classroom and lots of lavender when I got home.  After a good nights sleep the I feel awesome, especially when I remember how I rocked the 1911. #DeepRelief #Lavender #shootingsports

I caved and he baked.

We never make dessert any more.  Like really, never.  With a household full of people with food sensitivites it just isn't worth it.  But I have lots of friends that RAVE about gluten free brownies when you add a drop of Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil.  So I finally broke down and bought a box.  I tucked it away in the pantry and figured I'd try them the next time we had something at church and I needed to bring a dessert.  Well a boy found the box.  Screams of excitement were followed by begging.  So I caved and the 12 year old baked.  He baked the most ridiculously yummy, little bites of peppermint patty heaven I have ever tasted.  They lasted, um about an hour.  Cause ya know #iliveinafrathouse and the four growing frat boys, they love the chocholate, even when it's gluten free.

Thieves Household Cleaner is the ONLY cleaner I use. So VERY excited that the line has expanded and I don't have to DIY my dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent anymore! If this stuff can clean our house, it will definetley clean yours, 'cause ya know #iliveinafrathouse. #Justsayin

SAVING YOU MONEY WITH THIEVES HOUSEHOLD CLEANER (THC).
Thieves Household cleaner can be used for cleaning walls, toilets, countertops, cupboards, bath tubs, showers, floors, carpets, car leather, upholstery, patio furniture, appliances, ovens, mirrors and more.
One teaspoon of THC makes one quart all purpose cleaner for 25 cents, compared to store bought cleaner with an average price of $ 3.50. In all, the THC at a cost of $ 22.00/14.4 ounces can make enough general cleaning products to clean your home for several months saving you over $ 100.00 with just one product yearly.
Thieves Foaming hand soap can be used on dishes (I use it all the time this way).
YL bath gel can also be used for dish soap.
THIEVES HOUSEHOLD CLEANER
14.4 ounces per bottle costing $ 22.00 there are 85 teaspoons per bottle, for a cost per cap-ful/teaspoon of $ .25; or $ 1.52 per ounce. (Buying the larger 64 ounce size @ $ 85.25, saves even more money. $ 1.33 per ounce; 384 capfuls/teaspoon).
Here is a price comparison for just three of the many cleaning tasks around the home.
ALL PURPOSE CLEANER for countertops and other washable surfaces. Yearly use based on 8 bottles used.
Thieves Household Cleaner - 8 bottles, made from using 1 capful per one quart water equals $ 2.00 in a year.
Mrs. Meyers Multi-Surface Cleaner, 16 ounce, costs $ 3.99 each, and 8 bottles equals $ 31.92 in a year.
Young Living saves you $ 29.92
MIRROR OR GLASS SURFACE CLEANER
Thieves Household Cleaner - 3 quart spray bottles at $ .03 cents each (using 1/8th teaspoon THC to one quart water). Using just three bottles per year totals $ .09.
Windex at $ 4.19 per bottle, three bottles will cost $ 12.38 per year.
Young Living saves you $ 12.29.
FLOOR CLEANER for tile, vinyl, etc. Used once per week (52 uses)
THC -use one capful in a bucket of water for 52 weeks, the cost is $ 13.00 per year.
Swiffer, 32 ounce at $ 3.87 per bottle, at 8 mops per bottle per directions. Swiffer’s annual cost is $25.15
Young Living saves you $12.15 per year.
So far we have a savings of $ 54.36 in home cleaning products. Not to mention THC is an all-purpose concentrate household cleaner using 100% plant and mineral based ingredients. Bio-degradable and complies with EPA standards. No harsh smells, no concern if some splashes on you, safe around children and pets.

Garden fail....

I have not been a faithfull gardener in about 2 years.  While I love eating things right off the vine, so do the free ranging Diva Chickens and while I love digging in the earth, so does the 100 pound lab.  Life happened and my garden died.  ðŸ˜£. Then I read articles like this one and realize that even if I have to plant some things in a pot or a tiny corner out back, it would help.  Feeling motivated to try harder and make it easier to eat safe food.
